We exclusively produce “Ricotta” by processing sheep’s milk whey. It is a light and low-calories product, excellent in every occasion and throughout the year.
It can be consumed alone, or sweetened by adding sugar, honey or jam, other than cocoa and coffee.
We also use ricotta in some dessert and in a number of salty recipes, such as ravioli and cannelloni with ricotta and spinach.
